I keep having a hot cold hot cold experience with the students. And to make matters worse, there is a floater who wants my job and creates lots of drama...I will definitely be avoiding her. Today was a record, the kids wasted the entire day! I still love them, am still willing to try to reach them.....going to bed.....the teaching has begun but it is still not consistent!
