OMG! The clouds have parted, the angels sang and the children get what I am trying to do for them. So today, my 4th grade class got to hear something that changed the way they see me:

None of the other kids, meaning middle and high school are writing 5 page papers. They are, in fact, scared to death to write. You should have been there! They all looked at me as if I was coated with sugar, wrapped in caramel, covered in chocolate and served on a platter! Wow! What a feeling!!!! They get what I can bring to them...on cloud nine right now....tomorrow they will probably be brats again, but today will always stand as a great day!
